Gradnja se je začela in možnost vselitve je predvidena do konca leta 2024.
Projekt je sestavljen iz dveh stavb, od katerih ima vsaka 3 luksuzna stanovanja. Stanovanja v pritličju imajo vrt in bazen, medtem ko penthouse v drugem nadstropju ponuja uporabo strešne terase s pogledom na morje, namestitev jacuzzija, pergole.
Pri gradnji bodo uporabljeni samo vrhunski materiali, ki jih ta atraktivna lokacija zahteva.
OPREMA: Stavba je opremljena z dvigalom, ki vodi na strešno teraso. Talno ogrevanje in hlajenje preko toplotne črpalke po celotnem stanovanju. Za talne obloge uporabljamo prvovrstni parket in prvovrstno keramiko.
Mizarstvo: šestkomorni PVC profili Kommerling s troslojnim steklom, komarniki in električne žaluzije. Vhodna vrata bodo protivlomna in protipožarna. Za opremo kopalnice bodo uporabljeni sanitarna keramika Villeroy & Boch in Hansgrohe, vgradni splakovalniki Geberit in Tece.
Na objektih je vgrajena fasadna toplotna izolacija.

Projekt gradi in prodaja podjetje, kupec pa ne plača davka na promet nepremičnin.

Izgradnja je započela, a useljivost se očekuje do kraja 2024. godine.
Projekt se sastoji od dvije zgrade od kojih svaka ima 3 luksuzna stana. Apartmani u prizemlju imaju vrt i bazen, dok penthouse na drugom katu nudi korištenje krovne terase s pogledom na more, ugradnju jacuzzija, pergole.
U izgradnji će se koristiti samo najkvalitetniji materijali koje zahtijeva ova atraktivna lokacija.
OPREMA: Zgrada je opremljena liftom koji vodi na krovnu terasu. Podno grijanje i hlađenje putem toplinske pumpe u cijelom stanu. Za podne obloge koristimo prvoklasni parket i prvoklasnu keramiku.
Stolarija: Kommerling šestokomorni PVC profili sa troslojnim staklom, komarnici i električne rolete. Ulazna vrata će biti protuprovalna i protupožarna. Za kupaonsku opremu koristit će se sanitarna keramika Villeroy & Boch i Hansgrohe, ugradbeni ispirači Geberit i Tece.
Na objektima je postavljena fasadna toplinska izolacija.

Der Bau hat begonnen und der Bezug wird für Ende 2024 erwartet.
Das Projekt besteht aus zwei Gebäuden mit jeweils 3 Luxusapartments. Die Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss verfügen über einen Garten und einen Swimmingpool, während das Penthouse im zweiten Stock die Nutzung einer Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer, die Installation eines Whirlpools und einer Pergola bietet.
Für den Bau werden nur die hochwertigsten Materialien verwendet, die dieser attraktive Standort erfordert.
AUSSTATTUNG: Das Gebäude ist mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet, der zur Dachterrasse führt. Fußbodenheizung und Kühlung über eine Wärmepumpe in der gesamten Wohnung. Als Bodenbeläge verwenden wir erstklassiges Parkett und erstklassige Keramik.

Construction has begun and occupancy is expected by the end of 2024.
The project consists of two buildings, each of which has 3 luxury apartments. The apartments on the ground floor have a garden and a swimming pool, while the penthouse on the second floor offers the use of a roof terrace with a view of the sea, installation of a jacuzzi, a pergola.
Only the highest quality materials required by this attractive location will be used in the construction.
EQUIPMENT: The building is equipped with an elevator that leads to the roof terrace. Underfloor heating and cooling via a heat pump throughout the apartment. We use first-class parquet and first-class ceramics for floor coverings.
